We didn't start as a software company. We started as a limo company — and we got tired of bad software.

ChariotOps was born out of frustration. We were running a luxury ground transportation operation in Atlanta — managing drivers, handling airport pickups, coordinating corporate accounts — and the software available to us was stuck in 2010.

Our dispatch platform forced us to use their payment processor. Our booking system looked like it was designed by someone who had never ridden in a car, let alone managed a fleet. Every additional feature — flight tracking, SMS notifications, driver apps — came with another monthly charge tacked onto an already expensive bill.

So we built something better. First for ourselves, then for the industry. ChariotOps is what happens when operators build their own tools: every feature solves a real problem, pricing is transparent, and the technology actually matches the premium service we deliver.

Today, ChariotOps powers luxury ground transportation operators who refuse to settle for legacy software. We're still operators ourselves — which means we use our own platform every day, and we're constantly improving it based on real-world needs, not feature request backlogs.
